Helping Hands for Kids Project 2007
Community Bible Clubs in Bulgaria
The 2007 Helping Hands for Kids Giving Project focused on helping children's ministers in Bulgaria establish community Bible clubs for the Gypsy children in several villages. The offerings children gave helped to establish several clubs. The clubs are continuing today and new clubs are being established.
In June our national children's ministry director, Donka Ivanova wrote, "A minister in Mustafa Salim is working with many gypsy and muslim children in the village of Jordanovo. There are so many children that he will rent a public room for the club meetings. Also, he is planning to establish Bible clubs in two villages nearby."
